Winter Weather
So despite my prediction, though there is still time for for a crazy storm to happen. My base location of Salem, OR was pretty much under water for a few days. Nothing compared to Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, which there’s an interesting story there, but for Salem this was quite crazy. And nothing makes me laugh more than going on a run with my dog, and seeing residents camped outside...

Winter Prediction
So I know I’m a little late. But I did make a prediction at the beginning of summer. Prediction being that, at least for the Willamette Valley metro area, I think we are going to have an especially cold winter. Thinking possibly one of the biggest snow seasons that we’ve had for a few years here.

Too Much Good Food...
Too much food. ( well good food anyways. Shoulda made this post last night. But oye was holding my tummy. And the first time I’ve had mullahs taken away from me. I just don’t like wasting good food if I can manage. Lol. It’s all good. Plenty of left overs.

Sorry there are no pictures but while on the train (I’m still on it for about 15 more minutes) I got up to go use the restroom and some police or military or military police came through. Ok. We are on the high speed train to Venezia (Venice). Just left Rome. Around 8:45am Roman time. Crazy though. Were waiting for our taxi outside and one showed up. Day 3
Ok. So a quick recap so far. Today finishes day 3 of vacation. I hear things are a bit crazy at work. So will be interesting when I get back. But enough about work. So Friday. We toured the Vatican. Wifi's
Looks like wifi is a little more limited right now. But Italy is pretty awesome so far. Pretty much landed checked into the hotel, walked around ate. And crashed around 20:00 local time :-). Cortona I believe I’ll have a lit more wifi access. And I’m sure I will make it happen before than. Just gotta pick and choose the battles :-)
